Welcome to MADOKA SURF. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.

**1. Services**  
We offer surfing lessons and related services. All bookings must be made in advance through our website or via contact form.

**2. User Responsibilities**  
You must be in good health and follow the instructor's directions during lessons. We are not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow instructions or by personal negligence.

**3. Booking & Cancellation**  
Please book at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson for a full refund.

**4. Payment**  
All payments must be made in advance. We accept credit cards and other payment methods listed on the booking page.

**5. Liability Disclaimer**  
MADOKA SURF is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

**6. Governing Law**  
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
